If you clamp the vent screw in a vice
between 2 pieces of wood so you don’t
mar it up then you have more to grab
on to. Spray with some type of lubricant
and try just going back and forth at first.
No luck? Give it a break and try later.
Time can be a big part of the solution
when getting stuff unstuck.

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
