You may have good luck getting a NOS impeller at Seaway Marine. They bought all of mercury’s old shelf stock years ago. I got 2 impellers from them for my KF5 Super 5 last year. If you want to go to the expense of buying a pump housing tool, you can get one from johnmcintosh.com for about $35.00.
