The first couple were quite a problem. I loosen the recoil and remove it’s mounting bolts. Move it forward to remove the carb cam and it’s mounting screw. Now, I can loosen the carb nut with a wrench.
Replacing the carb nuts by positioning them with a dental pick. Then they can be properly tightened with a wrench. Now just drop the cam follower and back up washer a few times before tightening and you are nearly done.
