Got it off! With all of your advice I soaked the end of the crankshaft and timer box for a few days with penetrating oil and heat and started gently tapping on the timer box handle. The box was really tight but slowly started to move, enough together access to the tension screw mentioned by Joe. It would not lift of the crankshaft so I placed the two arm gear puller on it and slowly worked it side to side for an hour and it worked!!!! Now to get the power head unseized LOL.
