The battery is too big to fit under the hood. At the moment there’s only a new frame to keep the cowling face plate on, the engine speed controller (the black box) and the water pump. The speed controller can get quite hot when running at high power (above 3000 Watt) and needs cooling. I’m going for a test on the water today. If everything works as expected I will clean up the cables under the hood.
I think I’ll hang on to the medallions for now 🙂
