    Disassembled everything today and started from scratch following Seloc Volume II from pp 5-5 through trouble shooting and final assembly pp 5-25.  No fire yet.  Have watched the video per crosbyman and will give that a whirl tomorrow.  Condenser capacitance measures nominal but I am not equipped to test for high volt breakdown.  Can try a change out for good measure as necesssary.
