    did you perform a resistance test between the plug boots and frame ground to confirm all is ok     each coil should read  between 4-8 kohms approx. depending on manufaturer

    condensers  are tricky  and may…. be bad  even new ones .  you can do  a “basic” test for  shorts  or open but the real  leak test is  done   with high voltage  (250vdc +)  if you  have  testing eqpt.
