    The top coils are on top of the motor and yes, they are under the fly wheel. AND I GOT IT THE FIRST TIME THAT YOU TOLD ME, they are not starter coils.

    Thank you for letting me know that the power comes from the “BATTERY”.

    I AM A BEGGINER, not very knowledgeable, it’s always best to ask the experts rather than assume sht.
