Reply To: Water coming out of shift handle lever

There is an O-ring on the shift shaft that is probably worn out.   The hole in the housing that the shift shaft passes through also gets worn/wallowed out a bit with time causing leakage.   Another member posted here one time with a fix for the worn out hole problem by epoxying in a section of thin brass tubing into the hole.   Mumbles or Tubs?
