You might try a metric size as in 14mm X 22mm X 7mm. It’s only a quarter inch thick, but they worked on my Voyager’s gear shift gear box. The outer diameter of this seal seemed too snug of a fit so you may have to enlarge the hole in the end cap. This is a fairly common size as I noticed that Honda motorcycles use them.
