    Make one. use a peice od steel or aluminum drill matching holes in it for prop shaft and hole. put bolts in the holes install tool on cover. add spacers on prop shaft and snug prop nut to hold assy. down. now use tool to loosen the cover Lefthand threads. loosen prop nut when cover loosens.
