dropping te GC gets complicated cause you need to disconnect the neutral cable… try popping the fw as a starting point cause you need to inspect the coils anyway (likely all cracked)
you will need an impeller so dropping the GC can come later anyway and… maybe the clutch is broken diagram TN GC1 ..
. and this will tell you if the blockage is above …or below in the GC 🙂
shoot some wd40 in the cylinders just is case but stuck rings would probably stop ANY movement worth a try
next could be the cyl. head to inspect the cyl walls and pistons
after the mechanics are fixed comes the carb …
