depends how fancy you want it… I just built one from a scrap piece of 2×6 couple of 2×4 2×3 and 4 casters from Wal Mart total cost about 35$ CDN see pict
on mine I preferred to put the angled members at the other end of the base frame where the gas tank sits to center to motor on the stand to keep the weight centered
