I believe these are ABS plastic cases. In which case you can use most anything to clean them so long as it isn’t a hydrocarbon, or an organic solvent (acetone, toluene, xylene, etc)
My personal favorite is something ammonia based.

If the color has yellowed, I’ve got a pretty slick solution for that.

For what it’s worth, I wouldn’t use the cases as a carrying case. That plastic fatigues pretty badly with time and UV exposure.
