    If I remember right, Evinrude’s Golden Jubilee was 1959, the same year the motors went to one piece fiberglass shrouds. When this happened the silencer on the carb was eliminated because of the quiet effect of the shroud. Is this right? or did the 5.5 still have the metal case?….or do I have the year wrong?
