    BillW that is a good point, I was thinking of this motor as a winter project. Wanted to try my hand at straightening the tank on it too. Maybe I’ll take the motor completely apart and see what I can do with it. Not sure yet what I want to do. I got the speeditwin running, so now I’m out of a project. I’d also like to let my kids cruise around our pond in a 14’ boat with this motor .
