I measured it…..the "non-pointy" bracket doesn’t lend itself to modification, as the forward face (where the point needs to be) is too far inboard. The 377006 bracket is pretty unique in its dimensions, irrespective of the point…
If anyone has a 377006 that they’d like to part with, please let me know!
