The Harley crankshaft, connecting rod assembly
bolts together. He is attempting to get everything
Into alignment. There is in no telling how long
this can take from one assembly to another.
Although being out of alignment will cause
vibration the video is misleading calling it
balancing.

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
