I’ve only had two or three bigger motors in my life, and never
experience the pleasure or displeasure of seeing one "run away"
So what’s the theory exactly on how it happens, and can it
happen when revved up in gear in the water?
From what little I’ve gleaned from this site, I gather the sudden
increase in vacuum (from when the motor is revved up, then
throttle shut) allows too much fuel to be sucked into the crankcase,
    even with the throttle shut.
    Is this kind of it?
