The flange doesn’t have a taper.
It is made for a straight shaft.
That is as much of an issue as
the all the bolt holes. With the
factories machining capabilities
it unlikely they would do
anything like this.
A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
