Shes a little rough looking, but some spit and polish and that’ll be a champ, I dont know much of anything about the neptunes but that sure looks cool. Its one called an opposed cylinder for sure. I could see that thing with some brass plating and shinny. Looks mostly in tact minus a few parts from the pictures. Some of the neptune specialists will be around sure enough.
