Did a compression test. First pull at 60 psi, topped
out at 67 after third pull. I would think that would
be enough compression to start it, but I’m thinking
there’s a little too much "drag" between the power head
    and lower unit.
I’m going to make a plate to bolt on the flywheel puller
holes so I can spin the engine over with a drill.
The flywheel taper is precarious enough, so I don’t
want to spin the engine with the flywheel nut.
Hopefully spinning it over with the drill will start and loosen up
the engine and drive train a little more,
or loosen it up more, then start!

    Prepare to be boarded!
