..just to add to what fleetwin said…there are 2 styles of lower seal head thingys…the older single seal style is for the oring drive shaft. The newer ones have 2 seals in them and do not use the oring…ya can use the older oring style shaft with the newer 2 seal…just do not use the oring. The newer 2 seal style have a step cast in to them to hold the 2nd seal. They are easily identifiable by the lump near the flange.
