The Sea King is a three horse single built by Gail Products in 1947. Lots of power, probably needs a water pump rotor. The gearcase was a weak link. They used Oil lite bearings that seeped oil into the pump, causing the rubber Rotor the swell, oil lost was usually replaced by water –
The Elto has too many digits in the model number.
440 would be a 1933 three horse Sea King built by Evinrude. in 1933 –
4409 would be a two horse Evinrude Sportsman built in 1946
Pictures will tell the story . . . 😀
