I have the motor apart and both inlet and exhaust water tubes appear OK with a solid 1/4 inch diameter hole, and looking closely I don’t see that hole getting any narrower within 1" of the opening. I’m looking over the rest of the motor now with exhaust bypass, cylinder, etc. 2 broken screws I have to drill out and retap. Yippee. Then onto further inspection.
