There are 2 "drain" holes in the front of the midsection – right at the top of the lower midsection mount and about even with the bottom of the shift connector cover. They are not plugged up, I’ve noticed water coming out of them. It’s warm here in Fla. – upper 80’s with water temp in the low 80’s. I do have that short tube with Orings in place between the impeller housing and midsection.
