Ben, thanks so much for the offer. I read your past post, where you rejuvenated yours with the cream color top. What threw me was changing the impeller, but after I removed the upper and lower covers on the back of the lower unit, I figured out how to unbolt the c bracket to drop the unit. I’m glad the OMC designers changed that design later in the 50’s!
