    Bucc, what do you mean, "no #16 bolts on the net"? If you are looking to purchase, likely you will not find any these days… long obsolete stuff. Depending on your need and lack of other options like refitting for 5/16" your only option may be to see a machinist to fabricate a custom #16 fastener.
