That looks like Standard Speeditwin . . . Alternate lower units . . . About that Vacturi carburetor. Except yours doesn’t have a primer. . . Since that requires a carburetor adaptor, it may also have the Wico high dome pistons – LOVE those old Speeditwins . . . 😆
