Is there still a guy making the Champion Hotrods based on the 16 HP motor? If so, he may have impellers. Up until Lyle Swanson folded up his shop, (I think it was in the late 1980s) I could drive 15 miles and get almost any Champion factory part I needed, plus any advice I needed. Lyle told me after he sold off the 16 HP parts and rights to the Hotrods to a guy out east that he did that because he decided to get out of racing because he got tired of arguing with Mercury’s lawyers every time one of his Class B Hotrods beat a Mercury, which was often!
