To the best of my knowledge it is perfectly acceptable (environmentally) to pour it into a shallow pan and let it evaporate. I save it as "wash gas" and wash parts. I also burn stuff including papers I would otherwise shred. In rural areas, working around your property, you usually have a fire going. In suburban areas lots of folks have an "ambience" fire pit in the back yard. Ever tried to burn used motor oil ? Forget it. The stink will attract nosy neighbors.
