I would get rid of the unknown boat gas through a recycle facility. I add some to used motor oil everytime I recycle it. Our city barn uses it to heat their building in the winter, and they take it free.
The gas/oil that you mixed last year I would add to the fresh boat gas you are presently using a half a tank at a time to use it up.
