I don’t think my post was intentionally removed. The site was quirky yesterday and was down last night and this morning, at least it was for me.
Fortunately, my 1924 Ruddertwin has the earlier carb with the lever on top. I’m going to swap them. I think I’ve found the rest of the missing and incorrect parts. I have no idea what the timing lever is from or what they hoped to accomplish with it.
