I believe that is just exhaust oil residue coming out of the weep hole inn the lower unit. I believe what you are seeing is completely normal and not indicative of any leaks. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong. I am not familiar with this particular model either, but mist of my motors will weep a bit of oilly residue after running due to unburned oil collecting in the exhaust housing. Extended running at high speed will eliminate most of this. Extended trolling will increase it.
