Carb kits and water pump kits are usually listed on the same page of the OEM parts list as the carb or lower unit break-down. On marinengine.com, I chose a few random engines and saw the carb kits as a picture of a box, with its own diagram reference number.

I have never heard of an OEM seal kit, either…..
