    Hmmm a digital voltmeter to plug into a lighter socked costs very little. https://www.amazon.com/TOOGOO-Cigarette … +voltmeter (Readable in sunlight? I don’t know.)

    And maybe some sort of switched dump load drawing 5 A or so? (What?)
