D’oh! Guess I didn’t look as well as I thought. My excuse is it was dark and I don’t have the best eyesight. The model # is 40DE14B and serial # 810962. Also I am located in southwest Florida. I have no idea if its seized, is there anything I can do to tell that? Like I said I can’t even move it by myself but I may be able to get some strong boys to help me :D.
