One of the reasons my PO-15 is still sitting on the stand
and not yet been "test started" after refurbishing is
it’s "HEAVY", lol, and my shoulders have been messed
up ever since painting the house two summers ago.
Will agree that the inversion tables are helpful.
Whenever I feel my "back out of whack", I use mine.
Perhaps this thread should be moved to the "Geriatric Forum" 😉
