Oltimer, Thank you! I used a strong 25 ft-lb which was my best guess also. To get the torque wrench onto the flywheel nut I machined out/filed a hex nut to fit the nut flats and end radius. Have not tried to start it yet. If it runs well I will probably replace the muffler which was apparently dropped and cracked the casting. I like the looks and simplicity of this motor. 🙂 Good luck with yours also.
