    A truly brilliant job James……. what a challenge!
    You have certainly planned the job very thoroughly.
    Going on the hammers in the photos,I suspect that you are an
    old school panel beater, going on what I have seen so far,
    or had a lot of experience working with sheet metal.
    I just love to see this sort of work…….you are a real inspiration!

    I too would love to know how you formed that locking flange.
