I always think that the vendors are wrong when it comes to the 1946-1948 decal sets. The 1946-1948 set should be the same as the pre-war HD/HS-20. It is the one labeled 1941 on Garry’s chart. It has a compound radius style starting and oiling instructions decal. I own two 1947 HD-25’s and both of them have the more rounded starting and oiling instructions. I can also see in Bucaneer’s pictures that the two HD’s that he points to as "1947", have the same decals as mine.
