    If you pull the carb, make sure that you take off the whole carb. It is a two piece carb, and the lower portion of it has the fixed high speed jet in it. To get it out, you have to move the throttle until the hidden screw appears. Reassembling it, check a parts list to make sure you have the correct packing.
