I used the neoprene foam to pad the fat 50 motor cover on my 100 horse modified V-4. I could hear people talking in nearby boats and the sound of the water sliding by the boat, but the motor was so quiet I hit the starter a couple times while idling thinking it had stoped. . . 😎
