We must be talking about different gaskets, as the one for the TD20 carb flange (same as HD25?) is roughly shaped like an isosceles triangle and has exactly three round holes. Has two 1/4" holes and one about 3/4" or so.
Measures about 2.5" across the base, and 1.25" or so in height.
