324322 is about the only thing that could possibly fit the description. But as near as I can measure it without taking a motor apart, it is somewhere around .040-.050", hardly a "foil". And how in blazes could a chunk that big break out of it anyway? And if it did, there would be a super huge water leak into the powerhead. The only other thing I can imagine would be a chunk out of the inner exhaust tube. But that isn’t stainless or that thin. Whatever it is, it has to have come from beyond the exhaust ports. Anything from ahead of there would have to pass through the ports. And no, there are no gaskets like that anywhere.
