    With todays epoxies one might want to consider that option.
    Would seem to make positioning the plates easier and greatly
    reduce the chance for damage. Its my plan for reinstalling the
    tag on a RBM tank.

    A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
