I just happen to have a C apart.
I believe your assembly is from an earlier
model. Might be able to just change the mount
on your motor to that assembly.
Someone that is more knowledgeable
in the ruddertwins will likely respond shortly.
A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
