Repair manual….. I know parts manual exist, but repair manuals….do not think they exist.
Muffler can is supposed to have holes…
Replace your plug wire and check the condenser, might have to recharge the magnets on the flywheel…
I can assure you, if the piston and cylinder look that good, it will run.
Do you know any machinist/toolmakers in your area? If not, might want to find one, as they will be vital to resurrecting this wonderful motor.
Do you have a picture of the top of the flywheel? specifically the location for the starter knob.
