There have been a few discussions on this board and the Old Mercury forum regarding the swapping of general purpose electronic store capacitors for condensors. Knowledgable folks have researched and tested alternatives.
You may very well be able to "gut" your OEM capacitors and insert one of these inside the metal housing. Typically these condensors cost pennies and will work just fine.
