Ok so the diagrams show it somewhat above the steering bracket which is a little confusing since it actually goes underneath it. Here is the diagram and a picture of the underside of my actual bracket. You can see the two pieces cast into the steering bracket that will hold it in place between the throttle gear shaft and the steering bracket itself. Need to get everything grounded so you don’t get zapped 😯 !
